QMB pays the Medicare Part A and B premiums, deductibles, and coinsurance for eligible individuals. Individuals may qualify for additional Medicaid programs. There is no prior coverage. These amounts include the $20 disregard.

The following income limits are from April 1, 2009 to March 31, 2010

Income limit for an individual is $923.00 per month.

Resourse limit is $4,000.00

Income limit for a couple is $1,235.00 per month.

Resourse limit is $6,000.00
